Vietnamese and Korean artists exchange

(News) - An art exhibition in celebration of the upcoming Republic of Korea (RoK) - ASEAN Special Summit in 2019 is taking place at the Korean Cultural Center in Hanoi from November 19 to 30.

The two-day summit is scheduled to open on November 25 in the RoK city of Busan.

The exhibition showcases 25 oil paintings composed by Vietnamese painter Dao Hai Phong over the past decade. Viewers might find the familiar images of their childhood, homeland and street corners in the paintings.

Apart from seeing paintings, viewers will be engulfed in an art space at the center, where they can enjoy wonderful melodies played by Korean 16 chord-zither artist Lee Yoo Bin and Korean gayageum artist Jang Yoo Na.
