With the slogan “Military Youth: Brave, Pioneer, Breakthrough, Development,” the Congress will review youth union activities and military youth movements from 2022–2025, set directions and goals for 2025 - 2030, honor outstanding achievements, and launch the next emulation movement.
Delegates will also comment on draft documents for the 13th National Youth Union Congress (2026–2031) and elect the Military Youth delegation to attend the national event.
The Congress highlights three breakthroughs: strengthening revolutionary ideals and dedication among young officers; improving training, education, and combat readiness while enhancing discipline and safety; and boosting scientific research, technology development, innovation, and digital transformation within the army.
At the briefing, the Military Youth Union also presented awards for the congress logo design contest. A group of authors from the General Department of Logistics and Engineering won first prize, and their design was selected as the official logo of the congress.
