The Military Literature Magazine officially appointed Colonel Phung Van Khai as its new editor-in-chief at a handover ceremony held in Hanoi on July 23, following the retirement of Colonel Nguyen Binh Phuong (Nguyen Van Binh).
The event was attended by Senior Lieutenant General Truong Thien To, Deputy Chief of the General Department of Political Affairs, who outlined priorities for the magazine's continued development.
The appointment was made under decisions of the Minister of National Defense.

He also voiced confidence that his successor would build on the publication’s long-standing tradition.
